OFFICIAL GRILLING PARTNERS
Big Green Egg and Globaltic Charcoal have been fixed features throughout the 2026 season. As our official grilling partners, every event had a dedicated dish grilled or smoked on the Big Green Egg, from direct grilling and smoking to slow-cooked preparations built around live fire. Powering the grills was sustainably sourced charcoal from Globaltic, the family-owned supplier trusted by chefs across Europe, from independent restaurants to Michelin-starred kitchens. Together, they provided the tools and fuel that sit at the heart of Open Fire Dining Club.
