Open Fire Dining Club is a unique series of supper clubs designed for a true escape from the city. Long tables, open grills and a considered mix of food, drink and company, set against the backdrop of crackling embers and open sky. Curated by Manchester’s Finest.
After the sell-out success of the first season, we’re back at Torr Vale Mill, the historic mill on the River Goyt with our resident chefs Tartuffe and a whole new set of collaborators for 2026.
OFFICIAL GRILLING PARTNERS
New for 2026, the Big Green Egg and Globaltic Charcoal will be fixed features throughout the season. As our official grilling partners, every event will feature a dedicated dish grilled or smoked on the Big Green Egg, from direct grilling and smoking to slow-cooked preparations built around live fire. Powering the grills is sustainably sourced charcoal from Globaltic, the family-owned supplier trusted by chefs across Europe, from independent restaurants to Michelin-starred kitchens. Together, they provide the tools and fuel that sit at the heart of Open Fire Dining Club.
