These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets, merchandise, gift cards and attendance at events organised by Open Fire Dining Club, which is produced by MCR FINEST LTD (“Open Fire Dining Club”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By purchasing a ticket, product or attending an event you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase tickets or attend our events.
Event Tickets
Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued electronically. Your booking confirmation acts as your ticket and must be presented on arrival.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without the written permission of Open Fire Dining Club.
Event Format
Open Fire Dining Club events are shared dining experiences where food is served over multiple courses at communal tables.
Menus are created specifically for each event in collaboration with guest chefs and restaurants. Due to the nature of these experiences, menus are typically fixed and may not be suitable for all dietary requirements.
Where possible we will attempt to accommodate dietary restrictions if notified in advance, however we cannot guarantee that all requirements can be catered for.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Many Open Fire Dining Club events take place outdoors or in partially outdoor environments.
Events proceed in most weather conditions. In the event of rain or adverse weather we may provide shelter or alternative arrangements where possible.
Tickets are non-refundable due to weather conditions unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for outdoor environments and uneven terrain.
Ticket Transfers & Cancellations
Due to the limited capacity and nature of our events, tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event you may transfer your ticket to another guest. It is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to arrange this transfer.
We recommend notifying us of any guest name changes prior to the event.
Arrival & Guest Conduct
Open Fire Dining Club reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
Guests must follow any instructions provided by event staff, particularly in relation to cooking equipment, open flames and site safety.
Open Fire Environment
Open Fire Dining Club events involve live-fire cooking equipment including grills, embers and open flames.
By attending the event you acknowledge that these elements are part of the environment and agree to act responsibly and follow all safety guidance provided by staff.
Guests attend at their own risk and should take reasonable care when moving around the event site.
Alcohol
Alcohol may be served at Open Fire Dining Club events. Guests must be of legal drinking age and drink responsibly.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at our discretion.
Photography & Filming
Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional, editorial and archival purposes.
By attending an event you consent to the use of your image, voice or likeness by Open Fire Dining Club and Manchester’s Finest across websites, social media and marketing materials.
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that the event environment may involve inherent risks associated with outdoor locations, fire cooking equipment and shared dining environments.
Guests attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Fire Dining Club and MCR FINEST LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, injury or damage arising from attendance at an event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Event Changes
Open Fire Dining Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details where necessary. This may include changes to chefs, menus, timings, venues or drinks partners.
Online Shop
Merchandise Purchases
Products sold through the Open Fire Dining Club online shop are subject to availability.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or update product information where necessary.
Orders may be cancelled and refunded if an item becomes unavailable.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping provider.
Open Fire Dining Club cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to return merchandise within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Gift Cards & Event Vouchers
Gift cards and event vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards may only be redeemed against products or event tickets sold through the Open Fire Dining Club website unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards may have an expiry date which will be stated at the time of purchase.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may be offered from time to time and may be subject to additional terms including expiry dates and usage limits.
Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, branding and written content relating to Open Fire Dining Club and Manchester’s Finest, remains the intellectual property of MCR FINEST LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
